Before you request a reupload make sure that:

When downloading a file it matches the title on the page.

Eg:

The download button will take you to a page and will let you download the file.

when downloading it should look something like this

if the download name doesn't match what you want to download DO NOT Proceed with your download.

Make sure the link is actually dead before making a request.

If after you download, the file is not Working/Damaged then redownload them.

Don’t make a deadlinks report if you face this type of issue, it's not the File/Server issue, it's your Connection, and we can't help you with that.
